Security at Kayvia
Last updated: November 7, 2026
Our commitment
Kayvia Webmetrics builds technology that organisations can trust. We use information only to provide, secure and improve the products and services requested by our customers.
Security by design
Kayvia Guards uses MFA for staff access, segmented tenant records, role controls and activity logging. Sensitive platform credentials are encrypted at rest where supported by the service architecture.
Report a concern
To report a suspected security issue, contact us at support@kayviaguards.xyz with enough detail for our team to investigate safely.
Email and browser communications
We send essential sign-in, security, admission, payment and service messages needed to run your account. These are separate from optional opportunity emails. You can choose whether to receive newly verified opportunities eligible for your selected country when you register or from notification preferences. Existing users are not automatically enrolled in opportunity emails.
You may change your country or turn off opportunity emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or notification preferences. Changing opportunity choices does not stop essential account and payment messages. Check Inbox and Spam/Junk and mark Kayvia messages as Not spam to help delivery; inbox placement is not guaranteed.
Browser notifications are optional and require your browser permission. You choose account updates, country opportunities or both, and may disable them on each device. We store the browser subscription endpoint and encryption keys securely to deliver your chosen alerts. Lock-screen previews do not contain login codes, bank details or private account records. Full opportunity provider details remain available only after the required report payment.
